Joan is the Vice President for Workforce and Organisational Effectiveness at Milton Hershey School. Prior to joining Milton Hershey School, Joan was the Vice President of Finance and Administration/ Chief Financial Officer at Azusa Pacific University. She also served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of La Petit Academy. Joan’s career began in public accounting with ten years of service with Arthur Andersen and Deloitte & Touche. Joan received her Doctorate in Higher Education Management, from the University of Pennsylvania, has a Masters in Taxation degree from Villanova School of Law and Bachelor degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from Eastern University. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
